About Flore Advisors’ CEO
Anika Penn
Anika is a results-driven strategist with a passion for turning ideas into impact and ensuring founders get the resources they need to succeed.
Her career spans entrepreneurship, investment, public health, and policy. Most recently, she invested in late-stage private companies at a global asset management firm. Previously, as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence, she supported women-led startups in refining their business models and preparing for fundraising. As co-founder and CEO of Frontier Health, Anika built a global marketplace for affordable medical devices, connecting innovators with healthcare markets.
She has also worked across HIV/AIDS, reproductive health, cancer research, and human rights policy — always at the intersection of strategy, capital, and mission.
Anika’s passion for leadership and governance led to her role as a past-President of her alma mater’s alumni association and University Trustee.
